A tragic incident has been reported from Tripura, where an infant girl reportedly died shortly after receiving her first dose of the polio vaccine. The child, only one and a half months old, was administered the oral polio vaccine as part of a routine immunization schedule.
According to local sources, the baby’s health reportedly deteriorated soon after the vaccination. Despite immediate efforts by the family to seek medical help, she could not be saved.
