Bangladeshi Army Helicopter Violates Indian Airspace in Tripura

Date:

Sabroom, Tension flared along the Indo-Bangladesh border after a Bangladeshi Army helicopter reportedly violated Indian airspace on Tuesday evening.

According to local sources, the military helicopter entered Indian territory through the Sabroom–Ramgarh border area at around 5:30 PM. The unexpected intrusion sparked concern among security agencies deployed along the international boundary.

This is not the first such incident. In the past, Bangladeshi drones and military helicopters have allegedly crossed into Indian territory, raising questions over repeated breaches of international airspace protocols.

Authorities are expected to take up the matter through diplomatic and military channels to prevent further violations and ensure the sanctity of the border.
