Rohingya National Detained in Dholiar Kandi, House Owner Also Held

On the night of May 4, acting on a tip-off, Irani Police detained a suspected Rohingya national from a house located in Dholiar Kandi village under Gournagar Block. Alongside the illegal immigrant, the house owner was also taken into custody for interrogation. The operation was conducted discreetly based on confidential intelligence inputs. Authorities are currently investigating how the individual entered the region and whether any larger network is involved.
