In a landmark moment for India’s space journey, the Falcon 9 rocket slated to carry Indian astronaut Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla into space has been successfully rolled out to Launch Complex 39A at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center. The mission — Axiom Mission 4 (Ax-4) — will mark a historic first as Group Captain Shukla becomes the first person holding an Indian passport to travel to the International Space Station (ISS).

This mission is being hailed as a major milestone not only for international collaboration in space exploration but also for India’s ambitions under the Gaganyaan human spaceflight program.
