Agartala, July 10:
A significant meeting was held today at Agartala Dental College in the presence of Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha. The focus of the meeting was on improving the overall healthcare infrastructure in the state and expanding dental healthcare services.
The meeting was attended by the Principal of Agartala Dental College, senior doctors, and key administrative officials. Chief Minister Dr. Saha held direct discussions with the doctors and listened to their concerns and suggestions. He stated, “The state government is committed to modernizing the healthcare sector and enhancing medical infrastructure.”
Dr. Saha further mentioned that plans are underway to strengthen the research and training facilities at Agartala Dental College. Discussions were also held on adding new medical equipment, recruiting additional staff, and improving facilities for students.
Doctors at the meeting presented several important proposals and suggestions, which the Chief Minister assured would be seriously considered by the government.
Also present at the meeting were Secretary of the Health Department Kiran Gitte and other senior health officials.
