Two Youths from the State Missing in Sikkim; One Dead as Vehicle Plunges Into River

In a tragic incident in Sikkim, two youths from the state, identified as Swapnanil Deb and Debojyto Deb — both associated with the teaching profession — have gone missing after their vehicle reportedly fell from a hill into a river.

According to sources, the vehicle was traveling from Gangtok to Latung and was carrying 11 passengers at the time of the accident. Local administration has confirmed one fatality so far.

Search and rescue operations are currently underway, and further details are awaited as authorities continue their efforts in the challenging terrain.
