Tensions flared once again at the popular tourist spot Dumbur Waterfall in Tirthamukh following a violent clash between two groups. The incident left Hamon Joy Reang, a resident of Chellagangmukh Kabirai Para, seriously injured. He is currently undergoing treatment at the Nutan Bazar Rural Hospital.
Locals have raised serious concerns over the lack of police surveillance in the area. According to them, such incidents are becoming increasingly common at Dumbur Waterfall due to the absence of proper security arrangements. They have urged the administration to take immediate steps to ensure safety and maintain peace in the region.
